We accept returns of all items if you change your mind within 30 Days of your receipt of the items.

Return and Refund Breakdown: If the product(s) have NOT been opened or used, and they are sealed in their original manufacturers packaging, the order will be refunded minus actual shipping charges.

Customers must contact Stadium Allstar via email [email protected] in order to receive a Return Authorization Number and return address. If returned products are shipped to any location other than our Returns Department in Kansas, the buyer is responsible for re-routing the package to our location. Please return the product(s) back to Stadium Allstar, insured for their full retail value via a traceable shipping carrier. Please email Stadium Allstar the tracking information for your returned package(s) by replying to our Return Authorization email. Failure to email the tracking number may result in significant delays in processing your refund. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Upon receipt of the returned product(s), Stadium Allstar will perform a complete inspection in order to determine the appropriate resolution based on the refund schedule detailed above.

Product(s) that have been removed from their original manufacturers packaging and can no longer be sold as a Brand New Factory Sealed item the item will be considered used and a 25% re-stocking fee will apply.

If the product(s) have been removed from their original manufacturers packaging and have been used, and they are determined to be un-sellable, the order will not be refunded, and products will be returned to the customer at the customer's own expense.

Product(s) must be returned in their original shipping manufacturers packaging, NO EXCEPTIONS.

If an item is received broken or damaged during shipping please note the damage with the shipper and provide a photograph of the damage by email it to us at [email protected]. It is important that we are notified immediately after you receive it (24 hours or less) to report the shipping damage. Items damaged in shipping will be either refunded or replaced, it will be your choice. Return shipping charges for items damaged in transit will be covered by StadiumAllstar.com

After the 30 day return period all product issues will be covered by the manufacturers warranty.
