
How do I return an item? We accept returns of all items if you change your mind within 30 Days of your receipt of the items.
Return
and Refund Breakdown: If the product(s) have NOT been opened or used,
and they are sealed in their original shipping container(s), the order
will be refunded in it's entirety MINUS the original shipping costs
incurred by Stadium Allstar. (Please contact us as the shipping rates
for large arcade games are quite high)
If
the product(s) have been removed from their original shipping
container(s), however they are still NEW & UN-USED, a 25%
re-stocking fee along with the original shipping costs incurred by
Stadium Allstar, will be deducted from the refund. If
the product(s) have been removed from their original shipping
container(s), and they are USED, a 50% re-stocking fee along with the
original shipping costs incurred by Stadium Allstar, will be deducted
from the refund.
If
the product(s) have been removed from their original shipping
container(s), and they are determined to be un-sellable, the order will
not be refunded, and products will be returned to the customer at the
customer's own expense.
IN
THE EVENT OF A PRODUCT DEFECT OR ANY WARRANTY RELATED ISSUE, CUSTOMERS
CANNOT RETURN THE PRODUCT(S), AND MUST FILE A WARRANTY CLAIM. We will
assist as best as we can in helping with your claim.
Product(s)
must be returned in their original shipping containers, NO EXCEPTIONS.
If products are returned in different shipping containers, a 25%
re-stocking fee will be deducted from the final refund, in addition to
the above refund schedule.
Customers must contact Stadium Allstar via email
sales@stadiumallstar.com in order to receive a Return Authorization
Number and return address. If returned products are shipped to any
location other than our Returns Department in Kansas, the buyer is
responsible for re-routing the package to our location. Please return
the product(s) back to Stadium Allstar, insured for their full retail
value via a traceable shipping carrier. Please email Stadium Allstar the
tracking information for your returned package(s) by replying to our
Return Authorization email. Failure to email the tracking number may
result in significant delays in processing your refund. Customers are
responsible for all return shipping costs. Upon receipt of the returned
product(s), Stadium Allstar will perform a complete inspection in order
to determine the appropriate resolution based on the refund schedule
detailed above. In
the event a product is returned and later deemed unsellable following a
complete inspection, the product will be returned to the customer at
their expense.
If
an item is received broken or damaged during shipping please note the
damage with the shipper and or refuse the shipment due to damage. It is
important that we are notified immediately after you receive it (24
hours or less) to report the shipping damage. Items that are broken
during use can not be accepted back for a refund, we can not control how
items are treated, any item that becomes defective after use will be
handled by the mfg warranty if applicable.
